Cancellation Policy:
Please give 24 hours or as much time as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment or wish to reschedule. This is so I can contact anyone else who is waiting for an appointment on that day. Cancellation fees may apply.
Fragrance-free policy:
I realise that not everyone may remember this on the day, but would greatly appreciate that for everyone’s benefit you do not wear perfumes, aftershave, hair sprays or any strong fragrance during your appointments.
Pregnant women, patients undergoing chemotherapy, individuals with allergies and chemical sensitivity are all adversely affected by these scents and chemicals that linger and are unsuitable in a clinic/health environment. There are signs in the clinic “we share the air” as a reminder. The clinic environment is clean and quiet and intended to be suitable for everyone.
